Cancelations

If you would like to change or cancel your appointment, 24 hours notice is required. Last minute cancellations will incur a $50 fee.

Matting

In cases of severe or heavily matted coats, your dog may need to be shaved down. I won't attempt de-matting on these coats as this will cause your dog unnecessary pain. There will be an additional fee for this.

Aggressive Dogs

If your dog displays aggression or becomes a danger to me or themselves during the groom, I reserve the right to stop the groom. You will not be charged the full groom price in these situations.

My doggy is clean, she smells amazing but more importantly she absolutely loved the pampering she got from Cindy. The atmosphere was so peaceful, and relaxing that when my pup’s pamper was done, she came inside, rolled onto her back and snored for a good hour 😂. Highly recommend Cindy, she has great gear and setup.
